Resilience

Working in the VCSE Sector can be hugely rewarding but can be stressful at times and the pandemic has challenged the workforce like never before. Being ready for stressful periods can help us to cope with them better, and understanding how to take care of ourselves allows us to recover sooner after a stressful event. Our ability to handle stress is often referred to as resilience. Building resilience can help staff cope better under pressure and continue to deliver high quality services.

We’ve compiled some useful materials and services to build your own resilience and the resilience of your organisation.
