GM Wellbeing Toolkit

Have a look at the Greater Manchester Wellbeing Toolkit to get insight, practical tools, and tips on looking after yourself and your team.

It has lots of support and resources available to help you find what you might need to help stay at your best.

This toolkit has been developed by NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care with input and resources from across Greater Manchester, as well as the North West region and national bodies, for colleagues in the voluntary sector, the NHS and social care. It is designed with this workforce in mind; however, we know that what creates good wellbeing practices in our workplaces is universal. This toolkit is aimed at how we help people to be at their best. It has been built to help make it easier for you to look after yourself, your teams at work, and your families at home. The toolkit is simple, easy to navigate, practical and relevant to the ways that you are working (whether at home or in your place of work) and is a live resource that is being developed continuously to make sure it brings together the best of the support available to you.

Sometimes it’s hard to know what aspect of your wellbeing to pay attention to. We know the toolkit has lots of great information but with limited capacity, you may want to quickly find information that will help you without reading through the whole toolkit.

The Greater Manchester Wellbeing Engagement Quiz may be a helpful way of understanding what you may need to pay attention to, sharing practical tips and links to help you focus on improving your day-to-day wellbeing. This is a great new tool, a quick and easy way of identifying areas of support you may need in the toolkit in 4 key areas – Physical Activity, Sleep, Psychological and General Wellbeing.
