Menopause Training

Manchester Mind is offering free menopause training sessions for Small to Medium Enterprises (with less than 250 employees) across Greater Manchester. These include:  

  • Mindfulness and relaxation for menopause for those experiencing menopause;   
  • Menopause for those managing others (such as managers, supervisors and HR professionals); 
  • Menopause for all staff, volunteers, or placement workers; 
  • Menopause for those from diverse communities. 

The Mind Menopause Project offers culturally appropriate and specific awareness sessions, available in a range of languages and with knowledge of what help is accessible.

Wellbeing of Women’s Period Information Hub provides all the information you need to help manage your symptoms, to know how and when to seek help, and where to find key support services, with the goal to make sure no-one is held back by their period.
