Find low-cost activities that improve wellbeing. Dive into a variety of options that cater to diverse needs, ensuring that wellbeing remains accessible to all. All these activities are run by VCSE organisations, for VCSE organisations.
If you are looking for more team building or social activities, these may not be promoted as widely. If you are interested in something an organisation offers, simply ask! You may be able to do something creative and bespoke, all while supporting a fellow VCSE organisation.
Mental Health – Workshops or 1-1 provision
Manchester Mind – Wellbeing Workshops
Manchester Mind has developed a selection of wellbeing workshops to encourage self-care and promote positive wellbeing in the workplace, and in your personal life.
Cost: Typically a 1hr workshops – £200 online or £250 face-to-face (max 20 participants)
Beacon Counselling (A Stockport based charity) – Workplace Wellbeing
Can offer a range of wellbeing services tailored to the needs of your business from one-to-one counselling, to facilitated group programmes or support for managers.

Coaching Sessions / Support
Brilliant Things CiC – ‘Fill your cup’ – half price coaching for charity workers
50min coaching session to fill your cup (because you can’t pour from an empty one!) and provide a sense of calm and fulfilment.
Cost: £60 per session They also offer 1-1 coaching for non-charities at £120 per session

– personal styles and working effectively in a team or group with different styles
