Lettings Team Manager
Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary from; £36,406.84 to £38,537 depending on skills and experience
Based in Rochdale
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong housing management experience with the ability to lead and support a small team.
The Letting Out service at The Bond Board provides safe, affordable homes in the private rented sector for people who would otherwise struggle to find housing. We work with landlords and tenants to create sustainable tenancies and positive outcomes for everyone involved.
As Lettings Team Manager for our Letting Out Team, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards in housing management and landlord relationships.
- Support a team of Housing Officers and an Administrator to deliver person-centred housing support.
- Develop clear systems and processes to make the service more consistent and efficient.
- Build strong partnerships with landlords, local authorities, and support agencies.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience of housing management, tenancy sustainment, or working in the private rented sector.
- Confidence in managing people and motivating others.
- A practical, problem-solving approach and a commitment to making things work better.
- The ability to balance empathy with good judgement.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys improving services and supporting staff to do their best work.
Hours Per Week: 37
