Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or complex health needs in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We would like to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our casual staff team in Salford, in particular covering our Supported Living homes in Swinton. If you are looking for hours to work around study, childcare or perhaps other employment this is the ideal opportunity to work flexible shifts for one or more days a week depending on your availability.
We work in a busy and varied environment where no two days are the same. We provide bespoke, personalised care for all of the people we support, helping them to live their lives to the full. as a Casual Support Worker, you will assist people with personal care, mobility, moving and handling, eating and drinking, promoting life skills, administering medication, supporting people to go to appointments and supporting people to go out in to the community, or at home to have a meaningful and joyful life.
You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in health and social care. We are looking for people to join our diverse work team and bring their personalities into the workplace. We will provide all the training and support you will need to become an excellent support worker.
You will need to have a positive attitude, professionalism, compassion, a caring nature, and core values that match our own!
Hours Per Week: 10 - 40 hours per week
