Salary: £15.00
Working Hours: Part-Time (Your hours of work will be 17.5 hours per week on days and at times that we will agree with you periodically.
You may work reasonable additional hours to meet our business requirements without additional payment, by agreement. In which case you may take time off in lieu.
Some evening and occasional weekend work may be required, though this will be infrequent. We offer flexibility in which days are worked, but we do ask that the role includes at least one day per week based in our Manchester office)

Job Description
The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing FODIP’s financial processes and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the charity’s finances. The successful applicant will work closely with the Director and the Honorary Treasurer, contributing to the effective financial governance of the organisation.
Key areas of responsibility include:
● Day-to-day financial management
● Project budget oversight
● Grant reporting and financial compliance
● Supporting fundraising applications with accurate financial data
● Maintaining record keeping, especially regarding all financial transactions
● Submitting accounts to treasurer/accountant in preparation for the Annual Report
● Preparing the Annual Accounts
● Assisting the FODIP Honorary Treasurer and Director

Hours Per Week: 17.5 hours and Flexible.
Optional pension scheme (Scheme) - National Employment Savings Trust (NEST).
Our contribution to the Scheme shall be 3% of your qualifying earnings.
14 days holiday per year in addition to the Bank Holidays
