Salary: £24,071.00

Working Hours: Part-Time (12 hours per week minimum, with overtime available)

Job Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Transport Organiser at Transport for Sick Children. The post involves handling phone enquiries, receiving email referrals from health, education and social care professionals, arranging trips with our bank of volunteer drivers, confirming arrangements with referrers and families and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating transportation services are desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience of Microsoft 365 package, Microsoft Dynamics knowledge would be a bonus

Experience of working within the voluntary sector is advantageous

Hours Per Week: 12 hours per week

Role Type/Cause: Admin, Health, Medical
