Job Description

Our Shop Manager positions are instrumental in making sure our shops are at the hub of the local community. You will act as the face of Springhill Hospice, raising funds and increasing public awareness of our work.

The role is ‘hands on’ and needs a consistent approach to drive forward sales and income.

A friendly approach is needed to ensure a successful supply of donations and customers. Our shops are supported by our fantastic volunteers so excellent interpersonal skills are essential for engaging and empowering your volunteer workforce.
