As a working team member you will be responsible for the delivery of fencing, groundworks or landscape construction projects on a range of sites , with a particular focus on delivering works to the properties of tenants of social housing providers in Greater Manchester. You will demonstrate a good level of competence in fencing, groundworks or landscaping.

You will provide support to team leaders and sometimes on-site supervision and guidance for labourers or apprentices working with you as part of a small team.

Delivery 

  • Responsible for the delivery of small projects; with guidance and support from Team Supervisor, Land Manager and Contract Manager. 
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety, environmental, reporting and quality management procedures 
  • Deputise for Team leader(s) - Supervising team on site, whilst also personally undertaking the implementation of a range of fencing, groundworks and landscape work alongside the team.
  • Maintain positive relationships and provide effective communication with any tenants, customers or other members of the public affected by works on site

Hours Per Week: 39.5
