Job Description
The volunteer support worker will be responsible for coordinating and leading the safe recruitment, induction, and training of an appropriately diverse, skilled, and experienced volunteer workforce.
The volunteer support worker will work with the other team leaders to ensure an agreed and suitable quantity and quality of volunteers who feel equipped and supported to use their skills and lived experience to facilitate peer support groups, provide advocacy services, support our administration team among other activities.
You will also recruit and line manage a small team of volunteers to deliver ongoing 1 to 1 mentoring support.
Hours Per Week: 29

This position is not suitable as a secondment opportunity
