Are you passionate about retail and want to make a real difference in your local community?

We have a great opportunity for you to join our small and friendly team as Shop Support Manager

We need to keep our shops open, if they’re not open, they’re not generating the vital income the Hospice needs to provide care for local families

Our Shop Support Manager will assist the role of our Retail Development Manager and provide management support for sickness, holidays and vacancies across our shops, you will help us ensure we never lose a day’s sales

Your retail experience will mean you can hit the ground running and build good relationships across our shops, ensuring they meet targets, maintain high standards and deliver excellent customer service. 

If you can quickly build rapport with existing teams and want a position where every day is different, we’d love to hear from you. 

This post requires flexibility including weekend working. 

Driving is an essential part of this role.
