We're looking for a passionate and dedicated support worker to join us at Our Room on a part-time basis (3 days/22.5 hours per week).
Based at our office in central Manchester, the successful candidate will work with male, trans, and non-binary sex workers as part of our multi-disciplinary team, providing support on a range of complex needs including homelessness, sexual health, mental health, and substance use. As well as support work the successful candidate will assist with the delivery of our creative provision, including weekly creative sessions and longer term creative projects. This role offers the chance to develop your own speciality in areas like outreach, sexual health, or mental health — and take a leading role in shaping our Support & Advocacy work.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with lived experience of sex work, and particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities, Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ people and other marginalised groups.

Hours Per Week: 22.5
Role Type/Cause: Support Worker
