Job Description

Job Title Business Support Assistant – Part-time 18 hours per week (or 24 hrs pw – term time only option available)
Salary £23,694 – £26,658 – starting pay point dependant on experience. (pro-rata salary £11,888 for part-time -18 hrs)
Reporting to Business Support Manager
Main Contacts MYL Staff at all locations, contract partners, funding bodies, statutory agencies, and placement partners

Manchester Young Lives is looking to appoint a Business Support Assistant to work closely with the Business Support Manager to ensure the efficient running of the charity in all areas of finance, HR governance, and compliance.

Business Support Assistant (Part-time)

18 hours per week or 24 hours per week term-time- Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join the central team at Manchester Young Lives. Previous administrative experience is required for this post, alongside good organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and knowledge of other digital technologies, including the confidence and ability to develop and grow within the role.
