Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Children’s and Families professional to join our team as an Intensive Family Support Worker.

This is a key role within our organisation, supporting young carers who are experiencing challenges with school attendance and attainment due to their caring responsibilities. The successful candidate will offer timely, meaningful, and long-term support to families to help them navigate these issues and thrive.

• Experience working with families or children in a support or casework setting

Essential: Satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check

• Salary: £27,711 – £30,060 (Band 4, scale 12–17), pro rata to 25 hours per week
• 3% employer pension contribution
