Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated Registered Nurse with experience/special interest in palliative care required to work as part of the

multi-disciplinary team in our Hospice Outreach Service.

Do you want to support individuals living with a life limiting condition live to the best of their ability?

Do you want to spend time getting to know people, understand how their condition affects their life and support them by delivering symptom management advice and informal education or strategies to enable them to live well?

The role is based in the Hospice providing with some sessions delivered from other community settings e.g. community centres and NHS settings.

You have an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and contribute to developing the service further to reach more people and provide a wider range of therapeutic interventions.
