Job Description
Key Focus / Role Purpose
- This is a new role across Early Break as we extend our family and parenting offer across our geographical systems.
- The role is required to increase managerial capacity across our geographical offers in both our established group programme and emerging offers.
- Your will ensure appropriate internal and external audit actions and plans are in place to continuously improve at all points of our family offer in both community and in local prisons.
- You will where needed hold a small case load
- You will understand the theoretical model upon which Early Break is based and work within the person-centred ethos.
- You will represent the Service at relevant meetings locally and nationally
- You will support senior management team and lead on the development and or mobilisation of family services.
- You will have some line management responsibilities
Hours Per Week: 37 hours per week
