BHA for Equality is a leading health and social care charity that works to challenge health inequalities and delivers a range of services to support individuals, families & communities to improve their health & well-being.   

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager to lead our income generation and fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will identify fundraising opportunities, collaborate with BHA staff to develop high-quality proposals, and manage reporting and feedback on successful bids.

BHA targets both grant and contract income. The Business Development Manager will be expected to produce high-quality applications for both, with support from the CEO, Senior Management Team, and other staff.

Salary: £34,834 to £36,648 (NJC, SCP 26 – 28) – full time, permanent role

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) -  job share or part-time working will be considered 

This position can be home-based or worked from a co-working space. If the successful candidate is based close to one of our offices, they may choose to work from there if they wish. In any case, the Business Development Manager will be expected to come to BHA locations from time to time, such as for staff meetings and training.
