Job Description

We have a really exciting opportunity for a confident and creative individual to join us as a Tenant Engagement Officer. This is a new role for the association, where you’ll be working alongside our Tenant Services team members to design and deliver tenant engagement activity to maximise tenant involvement and ensure that the tenants’ voice is fed into service improvement.

You will play a key role in recruiting involved tenants, building community relationships and managing tenant feedback. You will take a lead role in TSM’s and awards and accreditations linked to tenant satisfaction.

You will be innovative and an excellent communicator. You will have excellent IT skills and be familiar with social media, with a flair for producing high quality written information and reports. You will have the ability to manage your own workload and be flexible in order to engage a range of tenants. For this reason the role may involve some evening and weekend working to achieve desired outcomes.

Previous housing sector experience and a knowledge and commitment to customer service are essential.
