6‑Week Rolling Courses | Flexible Delivery Days
Location: Bolton, Salford, Bury
Contract: Freelance / Sessionally Paid

Hours: Varied days and times, 6‑week blocks, rolling
£13.45–£18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Are you EYFS and TESOL qualified? Are you looking for flexible part time work with a social enterprise dedicated to supporting children and families?
Recreate‑U CIC is looking for qualified, confident Early Years practitioners with TESOL qualifications to deliver our Early Years programmes. These include:
Learn Languages Together - A gentle, supportive combined English and child development course designed for adults with English as an Additional Language (EAL) attending with their babies aged 0–6 months.
Recreate-U's Best Start – Our expert-designed school readiness programme supporting families with under-5s to develop skills and learn techniques to get their children ready for school.
Planning and resources are provided for all sessions. We are looking for someone who can adapt delivery to learner needs, respond with patience and empathy, and create a warm, safe, welcoming space.
The role will involve delivering programmes in Family Hubs, schools and other community venues in Salford, Bolton and Bury. You may be asked to deliver multiple sessions in one day, across different areas and venues. Therefore, it is essential that you have access to a vehicle and a clean driving license.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-deliver engaging sessions for adults, including EAL learners and vulnerable families, attending with their babies and young children
- Follow session plans while adapting content to learner needs
- Build learners’ confidence through practical, friendly communication
- Create an inclusive, welcoming environment
- Track attendance and communicate with the Recreate‑U team
- Represent Recreate‑U CIC professionally within the community
Essential Requirements
- QTS or Level 3 Early Years Educator Diploma
- Recognised TESOL qualification (CELTA/DELTA etc)
- Confidence supporting adults with low levels of spoken English
- Experience working with parents, families, or community groups
- Ability to adapt learning content to different levels
- Comfortable working with families with children aged 0-5
- Friendly, patient, reliable, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to get one)
- Own transport
