Are you passionate about retail and want to make a real difference in your local community? We have a great opportunity for you to join our small and friendly team as Shop Support Manager.

We need to keep our shops open, if they’re not open, they’re not generating the vital income the Hospice needs to provide specialist care we provide to families. 

Our Shop Support Manager will assist the role of our Retail Development Manager by providing management support for sickness, holidays and vacancies across our shops, you will help to ensure we never lose a sale or a donation. 

Your experience will mean you can hit the ground running and build good relationships across our shops, building excellent relationships within our retail team to ensure they meet targets, maintain high standards and deliver excellent customer service.

This post requires flexibility including weekend working. Driving is an essential part of this role.
