Working Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm)

One week in four will be 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday plus 10am – 3pm on Saturday (with a day in lieu the following week))

Job Description

Our Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping our busy surplus food warehouse operation running smoothly.   We need your talent for getting the best out of our people (both staff and volunteers), your strong organisational skills, your clear commitment to upholding operational standards, a proven ability to communicate well across all levels and a willingness to solve problems. 

You’ll need to believe in our mission and values, bringing with you your previous experience supervising people (which includes motivating and coaching), the ability to manage tasks in a workplace where no two days are the same, and a tenacious approach to getting the job done. 

If you don’t have these qualifications yet, we’ll invest in your training for Food Safety Level 2 or 3, HACCP Level 2 or 3, IOSH or Level 3 Warehousing and an FLT licence.   

Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours
