Job Description

Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities in Salford and the surrounding areas. We are embarking on a new, ambitious program of digital transformation which will help to shape the future of our organisation and build on our strategy for continuous growth and development. We are recruiting to an exciting new role of Data and Systems Officer to support us in our journey, and the right candidate could be you.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in data and systems support or a related qualification, as this is a pivotal role in supporting our workforce. The role is varied and you may find yourself providing advice and guidance to colleagues, logging and troubleshooting system issues or liaising with our IT service providers, all whilst ensuring data is captured efficiently and effectively to maximise business intelligence.

You will have advanced digital and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and knowledge of appropriate software and tools. You will feel confident in assessing and improving the quality of information held, and will be able to extract and analyse data, producing reports and dashboards to support our business and performance monitoring processes.
