Job Description

Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.

Based in the kitchen of our Autism Accredited Specialist Support centre, Waterside in Clifton. You will be assisting with the preparation and cooking of meals ensuring we provide a well-balanced and nutritious offer to all. You will be responsible for the preparation of menus, portions and the provision of special dietary meals within an allocated budget and be able to keep appropriate records including stock levels, food orders and compliance with food hygiene regulations.

You will have a current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, be Level 2 Health and Safety certified and have knowledge of Dysphagia and specific dietary requirements within social day care settings.
