Job Description

Portraits of Recovery is looking for a dynamic, resourceful and experienced Operations & Finance Manager to join their small, stigma-challenging team! 

As the UK’s only visual arts charity dedicated to inspiring and supporting people in recovery from substance use, we aim to drive systemic change and open conversations through contemporary art.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, resourceful, and self-motivated person to work as a key senior member of the team, supporting and deputising for Portraits of Recovery’s Director & CEO. Whilst contributing to Portraits of Recovery’s overall strategic development, this role is primarily internally focused. It involves managing the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the organisation, including leading a small staff team to help deliver Portraits of Recovery’s Business Plan.
