Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader, to join our team at St Georges Community Hub and Café in Pendleton.

At St Georges, we provide day support to people with mild to moderate learning disabilities and health needs, emphasising developing life skills in a modern and vibrant environment.  We have a highly skilled team who are trained in complex needs, autistic spectrum conditions, behavioural support, and total communication techniques.

Ideally, you will have previous experience leading a team or be ready to take the next step on your management journey. You will have the skills to motivate people and bring out the best in your team, be organised, and be an excellent communicator.

You will be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered services and ambitious about supporting people in achieving their goals. You will also need to be highly motivated, creative, and able to promote the health, safety, and well-being of vulnerable adults in accordance with our safeguarding policies and procedures.
