We can all help people live more active lives. Everyone has a role to play: volunteers, communities and the paid workforce
- Some people like to be active by going to the gym or taking part in organised sports.
- Some want to walk on streets that feel safe and welcoming.
- Some people want to reduce their car use and travel by public transport more.
- Others want to play with their children or friends in a park that is well looked after
We can make a real difference together when we understand each other’s experiences.
We’re creating opportunities to come together to learn new skills and share our ideas. These are open to anyone who feels like moving matters to you or your work.

Organisations with high-levels of trust get work done, optimising efficiency and effectiveness with minimal fuss while reducing turnover, strengthening engagement and dealing with conflict effectively.
Trust is elusive, difficult to build – and easy to lose. And being able to build and sustain trust is a foundational skill for any charity leader. This webinar will help you understand that building and sustaining trust in your organisation is the product of intentional behaviour by everyone on the team!
You’ll come away from this webinar with a workable definition of trust and the things that can undermine it, including the impact of low-trust on organisations. We will then focus on practical strategies to build personal trustworthiness, foster dialogue and psychological safety, and embed these values into how leaders and their teams choose to work together.
