Why you should get involved in #MyNameIs (recording)
#MyNameIs is a simple but highly impactful solution from Race Equality Matters that ensures the correct pronunciation of people’s names.
The aim is to:
- Get people’s names right, which creates the opportunity for people to feel wanted, to feel like they belong, and to be treated with respect.
- Ensure the meaning, heritage, and identity behind our names are not taken away.
This recording explains why you should get involved in the #MyNameIs campaign.
